Practice Manager
The Practice Manager is involved in managing all business aspects of the practice, such as making sure the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, humans resources, finance, patient safety, premises, equipment and information governance. The Practice Manager supports the GP Partners, GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services.

Joanne supports the GP Partners and Practice Manager to manage performance. She is also responsible for the training and development of the administration staff.
